"Refurbished" means different things to different sellers. At RefurbishedJet, it means a specific, multi-stage procedure applied to every unit — not a visual inspection and repackaging. Here is what each printer goes through before it is offered for sale.

Source Evaluation — We evaluate every unit before accepting it into the program. Only printers that meet our baseline requirements for quality and restorability proceed further.

Physical Inspection — Structural integrity, cosmetic condition, and any evidence of damage are assessed in detail. Printers with safety-relevant defects are removed from the program.

Deep Cleaning — Internal and external cleaning removes accumulated toner dust, paper debris, contaminants from rollers, paper trays, output trays, and internal paper paths.

Component Assessment and Replacement — Rollers, separation pads, fuser components, trays, and electronic assemblies are evaluated and replaced as needed using compatible components.
