How do I place an order?
Browse our printer catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need an email address and a valid US shipping address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to track your shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at info@refurbishedjet.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or modify orders before they ship.
What if my printer arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
