We are an independent retailer and refurbisher of pre-owned printing equipment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HP Inc. or any other original equipment manufacturer. All manufacturer names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for product identification.

To place an order on https://refurbishedjet.com you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your state or jurisdiction. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeated abuse of our return policy, or violation of these Terms.

All products listed on this website are refurbished. They are pre-owned units that have been inspected, cleaned, tested, and where necessary repaired before being offered for sale. Refurbished products are not new and may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Functional performance is verified through our multi-stage testing process prior to listing.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantity of any item available for purchase
• Discontinue any product listing at any time without notice
• Refuse or cancel an order at any stage if stock becomes unavailable

Product images and descriptions are provided for identification and reference. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, individual units may vary slightly in cosmetic appearance. Technical specifications are sourced from manufacturer documentation and our own assessments.

Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any amounts charged.

Submitting an order on https://refurbishedjet.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until we send a written order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order before confirmation.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including any applicable taxes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card details.

We may:

• Request additional identity verification for high-value or high-risk orders
• Cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Place orders on hold pending verification without prior notice

Where an order is cancelled for fraud or verification failure, any authorized funds will be released or refunded to the original payment method.

Orders are shipped to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is free on every order. Delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days. We offer one shipping option only — free standard shipping. No expedited options are available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit timing passes to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email at the time of shipment. RefurbishedJet is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing support@refurbishedjet.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. All cables and accessories originally shipped must be included with the return. Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may be subject to a reduced refund proportional to missing components.

Every refurbished printer sold through https://refurbishedjet.com is covered by a 6-month warranty provided by RefurbishedJet as the seller. This warranty covers mechanical and functional defects that arise under normal operating conditions. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or consumable wear. This is a seller warranty — not a manufacturer warranty. Original manufacturer warranty coverage on refurbished units is not guaranteed and must be verified directly with the respective manufacturer.
