6-Month Limited Hardware Warranty

The 6-month limited hardware warranty covers hardware defects that prevent normal printer operation and arise under standard use conditions, including:

• Mechanical failures not caused by misuse or physical damage
• Print head or toner delivery failures confirmed as hardware defects
• Paper feed mechanism failures under normal operating conditions
• Connectivity failures (USB, wireless) not related to network or software configuration
• Scanner mechanism failures on multifunction units

Coverage begins on the date of delivery and is valid for 6 months from that date.

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Physical damage caused by the customer after delivery
• Damage caused by misuse, physical abuse, or negligence
• Consumable components including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and paper
• Issues caused by incompatible third-party ink or toner
• Normal wear and tear consistent with regular use
• Software or configuration issues unrelated to hardware defects
• Damage caused by power surges or improper power supply

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at support@refurbishedjet.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video demonstrating the defect (if possible)

We will review your claim and respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

Upon verification of a covered hardware defect, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

• Replacement with a comparable refurbished unit of equal or greater specification
• Partial or full refund if a replacement is not feasible

We will communicate the proposed resolution and coordinate shipping arrangements where applicable.

Expected response times:

• Initial response: within 24–48 business hours
• Claim resolution communication: within 2–5 business days depending on the nature of the claim

Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase for all warranty communications.
