Every printer we sell undergoes a structured, multi-stage quality assurance process before being approved for sale.
Quality Assurance Comes First
RefurbishedJet does not simply acquire and resell used printers. Every unit that enters our inventory goes through a structured evaluation and refurbishment process before being listed for sale.
Before any printer is listed for sale, it undergoes physical inspection, internal cleaning, print quality testing, paper feed testing, connectivity verification, and a final quality approval.
The Process

Multi-Point Inspection
Every printer is physically examined for damage, wear, and component integrity before entering the refurbishment process.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Internal and external cleaning removes dust, toner residue, paper debris, and contaminants from rollers, trays, and internal components.

Print Quality Testing
Test prints are produced to verify output quality, color accuracy, alignment, and consistent ink or toner delivery.

Network & Connectivity
Wireless connectivity, USB connections, and network printing functionality are verified to ensure reliable operation.

Scanner Testing
For multifunction units, scanning resolution, document feed, and duplex scan functions are tested and verified.

Component Replacement
Worn or defective components are replaced with compatible parts to restore full operational performance.

Final Quality Approval
Only printers that pass all evaluation stages receive approval and are listed for sale on RefurbishedJet.

Backed by a 6-Month Warranty
Every printer approved through our quality assurance process is sold with a 6-month limited hardware warranty. If a hardware defect arises under normal use within 6 months of purchase, we will work to resolve it through replacement or refund. View Warranty Terms →
