At RefurbishedJet, "refurbished" has a specific meaning. Every unit goes through our structured multi-step program before it is listed for sale. We do not resell printers that have merely been wiped down and reboxed.

Note: Original retail packaging is not included. Units are securely packaged in protective materials for safe transit. Product images on the listing page are representative — the actual unit shipped may have minor cosmetic differences such as small scuffs or wear marks consistent with prior use.

Every printer sold by RefurbishedJet is backed by a 6-month limited hardware warranty provided by Playton Gadgets LLC. The warranty period begins on your delivery date.

What is covered:

• Mechanical failures not caused by misuse or physical damage
• Print head or toner delivery failures confirmed as hardware defects
• Paper feed mechanism failures under normal operating conditions
• Connectivity failures (USB, wireless) not related to network configuration
• Scanner mechanism failures on multifunction/all-in-one units

What is not covered:

• Physical damage caused by the customer after delivery
• Ink or toner cartridges (consumables)
• Issues caused by incompatible third-party cartridges
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from power surges or incorrect power supply

How to make a warranty claim:

1. Email support@refurbishedjet.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include photos or a short video demonstrating the defect where possible.
3. We will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.
4. Upon verification, we will offer replacement with a comparable unit, or a partial/full refund if resolution is not feasible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

• Email us at support@refurbishedjet.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• For defective units, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
