How We Source Printers

RefurbishedJet acquires inventory through legitimate commercial channels. We do not purchase stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented equipment. Every unit that enters our inventory is evaluated before entering the refurbishment process.

Printer Trade-Ins

Businesses and organizations trading in older equipment for newer models provide quality units that we evaluate, refurbish, and resell.

Equipment Refresh Programs

Organizations periodically refresh their technology. We acquire functional printers from these programs before they reach landfill.

Business Upgrades

Companies upgrading to newer equipment often retire functional older units. We source these through professional channels.

Corporate Lease Returns

Printers returned at the end of lease agreements are evaluated and refurbished for resale.

Surplus Inventory

Surplus business equipment is sourced and evaluated to identify units meeting our refurbishment standards.

Responsible Recycling

Units that do not meet our standards are directed to appropriate recycling channels rather than landfill.

Our Refurbishment Standards

Not every acquired unit makes it to our store. Units that fail inspection or cannot be restored to reliable working condition are not listed for sale.

Initial Evaluation

Every acquired unit is assessed for physical condition, operational status, and refurbishment feasibility.

Refurbishment

Cleaning, component inspection, part replacement, and maintenance are performed as required.

Quality Testing

Print, scan, connectivity, and paper handling tests are conducted.

Final Approval

Only units passing all stages are approved for listing.

Responsible Disposal

Units not meeting standards are responsibly recycled, not discarded inappropriately.
